Beach Side at Saxony
Overlooking Saxony Lake, this project offered the opportunity to create a bright color palette on a more playful architecture along the beachfront walk
The goal was to make as many unit have waterfront views as possible through positioning of buildings on a waterfront green anchored by an overlook pavilion.
Views from units were enhanced through the use of angled bays.
This community included two-story townhomes with private beachfront entries inserted with stacked flats buildings.
Free-standing single unit coach buildings lined the edge of the block to provide screening to the parking areas from the street and to complete the street scape along this block.
Overlooking Saxony Lake, these units offer large windows which bring in natural light and water views.
These units by the water offer quick access to a walking path to enjoy all the local nature and nearby amenities.
